  • Hire Federal Work-Study Students to work in your community site: Federal Work-Study is a federally funded program that allows eligible students to earn funds working part-time with approved employers on and off campus. The program is mutually beneficial — the student earns money to pay for college while their employer gains a helpful hand. Pay rates start at $11.00 per hour for work-studies hired in a community partner position. Eligible community sites include non-profit 501(c)3 organizations, and federal, state, or local government agencies serving in the public interest. To learn more about the program and how you can participate, please visit the WVU Federal Work-Study webpage. If you have any questions, contact the Mountaineer Hub.
  • Find a funding opportunity!  Through our Partnership with WVU Libraries, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Foundation Center Online has made FDO Essentials grants database available to our partners through an encrypted link. Please contact Research Librarian, Alyssa Wright for that information. Alyssa.Wright@mail.wvu.edu. Campus partners and WVU students have access, via the campus library system, to the professional version of the Foundation Directory Online with their WVU login credentials.
